CBT Therapy in Glasgow
When your mind is holding your body back
Living with pain, injury or a long-term health condition doesn’t just affect your body. It can change the way you think, feel and experience everyday life.
Stress, anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt can make recovery harder. Persistent pain can affect your sleep, confidence, relationships and ability to enjoy life.
We believe treating the body is only part of the journey. That’s why we’ve partnered with CBT Therapist and Psychologist Alexandra Andronescu to provide evidence-based psychological support alongside our physical treatments.
Start with a free 20-minute Comfort Conversation and discover whether therapy could help you move forward.
You don't have to wait until you're at breaking point
Therapy isn’t only for people in crisis.
Many of our clients seek support because they feel:
- Constantly stressed or overwhelmed
- Trapped in cycles of anxiety or overthinking
- Emotionally exhausted from living with chronic pain
- Frustrated that their symptoms keep returning
- Hard on themselves no matter how much they achieve
- Unable to switch off or relax
- Struggling to adjust after injury, illness or surgery
- Lost during major life or hormonal changes
If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone.
A different approach to mental wellbeing
Alexandra combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy.
Rather than only talking about problems, therapy helps you understand the patterns keeping you stuck while developing practical strategies to create meaningful, lasting change.

- Better understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours
- Reduce anxiety and chronic stress
- Develop healthier coping strategies
- Build self-compassion instead of self-criticism
