1. It’s essential to consult with your healthcare provider to ensure that massage therapy is safe for you and your baby, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or complications. Please contact them BEFORE making your booking.
2. Our therapists are trained to avoid certain techniques that may be contraindicated during pregnancy, and we always use supportive pillows and positioning to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the session.
3. Please mind that massage is not advised in the first month of your pregnancy (in some cases 3 months). Last month may be a contraindication to get a full body massage but we can still accommodate you for some relaxing time. Please contact your healthcare provider and us if you are in doubt.
4. We always put your and your baby’s health first. Therefore we may need to postpone your massage if we think that there is any possible risk.
