About A&O
We are a group of passionate therapists who are very serious about providing the best quality therapies to our clients with our out-of-the-box thinking.
We can describe the clinic as a core centre with three branches:
Physiotherapy
Treating people’s general pains and injuries usually caused by an office job or sedentary lifestyle. We pay huge attention to women’s health, treating women with pain caused by pelvic floor dysfunction and trying to educate the population of Glasgow how important it is to keep on top of their health at any stage of their life.
Although our therapist’s are mostly focused on hands-on treatments, with advanced therapists our gym facilities are available to those who need exercise guidance or movement therapy.
Orthoses
Our therapists are trained in gait analysis and postural assessments and sometimes our clients conditions indicate that they need a postural correction by wearing orthoses (custom made insoles). Our prices are competitive and the orthoses that we make are 3D printed which makes them very strong and durable (10 years warranty), helping people to live a pain free life. A hands-on treatments are advised during the initial period to reduce the adjustment pain and support healing processes.
Massage Therapy
Our therapists are not masseuses and we are not a spa.
We really care about each and every client we see and we try to find a way to help them in the best possible way by finding tender areas and working them out and also creating the most relaxing and calming environment possible. We are trained in unique types of massages that no one else in Glasgow does like Lomi Lomi, Ayurvedic, Abdominal or Balinese, that bring clients experience to the next level.
Their treatments are soon to be complimented with a breathing experience after their massage to make it even more relaxing and to teach them how to manage their nervous system to be less prone to stress and to level their cortisol level in a natural and fast way.

Massage Therapist

- Great people skills

- Accurate daily reporting and attention to detail
- Creating a warm and friendly experience for our clients from the second they walk into the clinic
- Ability to resolve problems in a timely and calm manner and turn unpleasant experiences into good ones
- Fast learning of services provided and ability to triage enquiries and can multitask working on multiple booking sites
- Flexibility and availability within our working hours
